Please Read Before Practice
We practice with awareness and intention noticing the muscles that are working during each exercise paying attention to the connection between mind, body and spirit.
We become aware of the connection between relaxation and effort as each cell of our body internalizes this memory developing new habits and correcting old ones. We notice how the muscles and breathing adapt to effort by training them daily and we become aware of eliciting the relaxation response when we need to relax the body and mind. During sessions please listen to your body and only do the exercises that are fit for you.
If you have a medical of physical condition please consult a medical professional before you start any exercise regimen. With each workout the muscles strengthen and the body becomes stronger and gradually we can increase the number of repetitions and the difficulty of the exercise. We also need to manifest two other qualities – patience and kindness towards the body.
