In each session we focus on the mind -body- spirit connection and the integration of each part of the mind and body into our wholeness. We introduce the attributes of Mindfulness and Pilates though meditation, mindful movement, breathing exercises, gratitude. We re-construct and re-built our wholeness. We honor the miracle that is to be alive in a healthy body when everything is in flow and alignment.

WORK-OUTS

When you practice please listen to your body and only do the exercises that are fit for you. If you have a medical of physical condition please consult a medical professional before you start any exercise regimen.

With each workout the muscles strengthen and the body becomes stronger and gradually you can increase the number of repetitions and the difficulty of the exercise. While you allow the body to adapt to new effort and more difficult exercises please manifest the another qualities of patience and kindness towards the body.
